On this link, you will find the MongoDB under Infrastructure & APIs offers section. It offers $50 in MongoDB Atlas Credits and a $150 MongoDB Certification. Perfect!

Regarding the certificate, you have two options: the DBA Learning Path or the Developer Learning Path. (I chose the developer learning path)
The good thing is that you can choose the programming language that you want.
Learning Path
Final step, you have to complete one of the learning paths you chose. These learning paths are very well prepared. (e.g. python developer learning path) After you complete the path, you will be able to apply for the free certification exam.
